२. लाईट बिल घरमालकाच्या नावावर असल्यास संमतीपत्र करावे लागेल.

३. ओळख पत्र :- मतदान कार्ड / आधार कार्ड / पॅनकार्ड / ड्रायव्हिंग लायसन्स / पासपोर्ट यापैकी एक 

४. दुकानाचा बोर्ड लावून काढलेला फोटो.

१. डाउनलोड सेक्शन मध्ये जाऊन फॉर्म डाउनलोड करावा.
२. संपुर्ण फॉर्म उमेदवाराकडूनच भरून घ्यावा
३. वरील डॉक्युमेंट सह फॉर्म अपलोड करावा.

List of documents required for registration of Lease Deed.

  • Original lease agreement with xerox copy
  • Stamp paper (with correct e-stamp value )
  • Draft of registration fee with undertaking
  • By the Lessee


In case of Personal Lease

  • Original photo ID proof and its copy (Driving Licence , Passport, etc.)
  • Address Proof.
  • Two passport sized colored photographs.
  • Original Aadhar card of the authorized signatory and its copy.

In case of Company Lease.

  • Original Power of attorney / board resolution on company letter head.
  • Original photo ID proof and its copy (Driving Licence , Passport, etc) of the authorized signatory.
  • Address Proof of the authorized signatory.
  • Two passport sized colored photographs of the authorized signatory.
  • Copy of company PAN card.
  • Original Aadhar card of the authorized signatory and its copy.
  • Company seal / stamp of authorized signatory
